This is the response I received from a user today:
MY VIN # ###.###.#.## WE ARE WONDERING IF WE CAN HAVE (FORMER EMPLOYEE'S NAME) COMPUTER OVER HERE. THERE IS STUFF WE NEED AT 46. FROM HER COMPUTER. I HAVE TAKEN HER JOB. SHE HAS LEFT COMPANY.
All caps and incomplete sentences - it's like heaven.
